I just read this eyeopening book about the world's energy crisis and our overdependence on fossil fuels.
This is kind of like a handbook of sorts with hard factual statistics and an easy to understand step by step explaniation of every source of energy including oil.
Worldwide we are consuming oil at twice the rate new oil is being discovered.
Oil is a finite source of energy yet we have done little to prepare for its depletion.
