Take 10,000 steps a day for Steptember. Ask your friends and family to sponsor you along the way to help people with cerebral palsy. You can join teams from around the world and get fit for a great cause.

Cerebral palsy is a condition that affects movement. That’s why there are lots of other activities that also count in Steptember, such as swimming and cycling. Step any way you like – dance, run, wheel, surf, swim…

You’ll get a pedometer that you can wear throughout the challenge. The money raised will help to provide equipment, therapy and services to children and adults living with cerebral palsy. You can also choose to raise funds for research into the prevention and maybe even one day a cure for CP.
