Four years of folly

President Vladimir Putin’s war of choice against Ukraine has failed to achieve any of the strategic objectives he laid out when he began this disastrous folly. Yet he is compelled to persist in his vainglorious pursuit of an unrecoverable imperial Russian past for the sake of his own political survival.

Don’t blame the west for Russia’s war

Russian propagandists and anti-western agitators will blame anyone and anything except the greed and brutality of Vladimir Putin for Russia’s disastrous invasion of Ukraine.

Stay the course with Ukraine

The West cannot turn its back on Ukraine in the face of Vladimir Putin’s remorseless and ruthless aggression. He must be stopped and turned back, or Western Europe itself will be in grave danger.
