GAP Forum calls for a more competitive urban water market
alison gordon | August 6, 2009

As Project Manager for the GAP Forum on Urban Water Reform, in partnership with the Allen Consulting Group, I am very pleased with the final report of recommendations, officially launched on Tuesday, 4 August 2009, in Parliament House, Canberra by the Hon. Dr Mike Kelly AM MP.
Global Access Partners (GAP) held a series of forums between June and October 2008 with a group of key influential stakeholders from the water sector.

Based on the “second track” process, pioneered by GAP, the group was able to tackle a sensitive and complicated national issue in a short yet efficient timeframe – and deliver fantastic results.

Open Forum will feature more blogs on Urban Water Reform over the coming weeks.
Copies of the report are available online or contact GAP for more information.
