Sydney’s largest startup festival
More than 5,000 people are expected to attend over 50 events during StartupWeek Sydney from 23 to 30 October, celebrating the city’s thriving startup community.
The key players across Sydney’s startup ecosystem come together to share their stories and identify gaps with executives, government and other entrepreneurs at every stage of the startup journey.
Some of the overriding themes are technology trends, corporate investment, funding, and market opportunities in Asia. There’ll be keynote speeches, workshops, panels, pitch nights, roundtables, debates, networking events and parties.
Sydney has the highest density of startups in Australia and was therefore chosen for the inaugural StartupWeek. Plans are under way to expand state- and nationwide next year. Find the full program here. The official hashtag is #SuWSyd.
