The theme for this year’s National Nutrition Week is Project Dinnertime – Cook.Eat.Enjoy. The week runs from 13 to 19 October 2013.

The week aims to improve knowledge, skills and confidence in the kitchen, Project Dinnertime will empower individuals by helping to establish the basics of healthy food preparation from home.

    Such a practical and civic minded endeavor. How commendable to focus on such a universal and basic need.The desire for home cooking has not diminished. Granted, there are more restaurants now, but home-cooked food is still economical and popular. So eat up!!!!
