Have a night in to get the word out
Friday 25 July is White Ribbon Night. The event raises funds to help stop violence against women. Communities across Australia are asked to have a night in to get the word out.
White Ribbon invites you to have friends over for a movie night, games night, dinner party, watch the footy with mates… the possibilities are endless.
On average, one woman is killed every week by a current or former partner in Australia, and one in four young Australians are exposed to domestic violence. Donations will support White Ribbon’s work to prevent violence against women before it occurs and help drive social change.
To donate, register your event and see what others have done, see here.
