Party for a cure
Pink Ribbon Breakfast is an annual, nationwide fundraising initiative of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. October is international breast cancer awareness month.
Everyone can register to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation by hosting an event — be it breakfast, morning tea or some other type of get-together. This year it’s all about fun, and participants are invited to party for a cure. Have a good time with friends, family and/or colleagues and party while raising funds to fund breast cancer research.
The National Breast Cancer Foundation is commemorating 20 years of funding vital research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer this year. Since their beginning they have awarded more than $105 million to help fund over 370 Australian-based research projects to improve the health and wellbeing of those affected by breast cancer.
